A: No problem. Click Here or go to the home page, and in the upper right hand section, click Forgot? We will ask you for your login in, which is the email that you use on the site. Hit Send Me My Password, and check your email. Your password will be sent in a few minutes. Once you have it, return to www.TeamDating.com and log in.

| Q: How Do We Delete Our Team Profile? |
A: You may delete your team profile from the site at any time by clicking on the Edit Team Settings in the Team Info section in the red block. We will prompt you a couple of times just to make sure. Once deleted, your Team Profile will be gone for good and cannot be reinstated. Instead of deleting your profile, you may elect to Hide it, making available to you, but not to other members. We suggest taking that route.

| Q: How Do We Hide Our Team Profile? |
A: You may hide your team profile from other teams at any time, by clicking on the Edit Team Settings in the Team Info section on the Team Home page. Once hidden, your Team Profile will not be visible to other Teams, but you will still be able to make any edits to it. Members you have written to will only be able to see basic information about your team, but not your entire profile, until you decide to show it again. They will also be able to reply to any messages you have sent them. The Teams whose profiles you are looking at while hidden will not be able to see that your Team has viewed their profile.

A: Assuming you have already created your Team Profile, there are 2 reasons why your profile may not be appearing in the search results:
1. Your Team Profile is hidden (Click Show Team on Team Home to unhide it)
2. Your profile needs to be approved before appearing to other searchers (this never takes longer than 24-48 hours, but please bear with us)

| Q: Why am I not receiving Quick Hello and new mail notifications in my email? |
A: In all likelihood your Junk Filter(s) only allows you to receive e-mail from addresses appearing in your Contacts, service announcements from your email service provider, and messages you have consented to receive. By relaxing your filters, or by explicitly allowing messages coming from TeamDating.com to be delivered to your account, you should be able to receive your notification alerts for new email messages and Quick Hello’s.

A: Yes. We preserve your privacy by delivering your messages through our system. None of your personal information (real name, email address, date of birth) is divulged to other Teams. You may choose to do so at your own discretion through one of your emails, but we only send your Team Name.

A: Hide your Team Profile first. While your profile is hidden, the system does not keep track of the profiles you are viewing. However, once you Show your Team profile and view their Team, you will appear on their list. But why hide your Team; you are here to meet people right! Plus, once you hide your Team, the Team is hidden for all Team Members, not just you individually.

| Q: How do we know if we have new messages in our mailbox? |
A: Each time a Team sends you mail, the members that your Team has designated as receiving notifications will be notified by an email from us - this is only applicable if the e-mail address supplied to us at the time of registration is valid and available to you, and you have checked that email in the Edit Team Settings section in the My Info section. Upon receipt of the "New Mail" notification, simply log on to the website using your "login" and "password" and click on go to Team Mail.

Just remember, be tasteful about this, because we monitor it, and you never have a second chance to make a first impression!

| Q: What Are The Guidelines For Posting Photos? |
A: We want to create a safe, fun and relaxed environment. Having said this, we reserve the right to reject or modify any photo at our discretion. Photos will only appear on the site after they have been approved by a TeamDating.com Quality Care Representative. Please follow these photo guidelines:
- image files must be received in an approved format
- the image type must be jpg
- image size should be 300 pixels wide or smaller
- black and white photos are often smaller in size and more flattering
- you must appear in each photo
- nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive photos will not be posted
- image file can be no larger than 750k
- copyrighted material will not be posted

| Q: How Do I Add Photos? |
A: To upload Team and Individual photos, got to Edit Team Photos and Edit My Photos on the Team Home page, click the Upload Photo button and Browse to find the file on your computer. If you are using Netscape, make sure you are able to see "All Files" not just "HTML Files". Then click "Upload". The time it takes you to upload your photo will depend on its size. If you set your photo as the primary photo, this will set your photo as the primary image for your Team Profile so that is appears in both your profile and in search results. This is the first photo people will see when they view your Team. If you click "Delete Photo" this will permanently remove your photo from your profile.

A: Our Quality Care team reviews every Team and Individual profile to make sure
that our database is stocked with legitimate Teams. We also periodically revise
our guidelines, so please refer to the Help pages for updates. We may reject
profiles that contain any of the following:
- abusive language of any kind, including vulgarity, racism, illegal activity,
etc;
- unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material;
- business or political advertisements or solicitations;
- material that exploits or solicits personal information from individuals
under the age of 18; and
- overt solicitation for sex or descriptions of sexual activity, anatomy, etc;
solicitation of multiple or additional partners

accept content from incarcerated individuals or individuals under the age of 18.

| Q: How do I replace/delete a Team Member or Cancel our entire Team? |
A: TO REMOVE A TEAM MEMBER:
- Log in with your email and password (any Team Member can do this)
- Click on TEAM SETTINGS in the upper yellow navigation bar
- Click on MANAGE TEAM MEMBERSHIP
- Click on REPLACE/DELETE next to the Team Member that wants to be cancelled
- If your Team is left with only 1 member, you will have to add another Member to stay in the game
TO CANCEL YOUR ENTIRE TEAM:
- Log in with your email and password (any Team Member can do this)
- Click on TEAM SETTINGS in the upper yellow navigation bar
- Click on SHOW/HIDE/CANCEL TEAM
- Click CANCEL TEAM, and finish this process out
